SHIPPING AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

At ARTURE, we take great care to ensure that our products reach you safely and in perfect condition. Given the nature of our assortment (a combination of small accessories and solid wood furniture), we utilize several types of transport.

 

1. STANDARD SHIPMENTS (Courier Services)

For standard parcel shipments, we use proven carriers [e.g., GLS / DPD / DHL].

• Shipping Cost: from 11 EUR (depends on the destination)

• Delivery Time in Europe: Usually 2–7 business days from handing over to the carrier.

 

2. OVERSIZED AND PALLET SHIPMENTS (Individual Transport)

For products that exceed the capacity of standard couriers due to their weight, dimensions, or fragility (especially furniture, large tables, bulky decorations), we use specialized pallet transport or tailored individual shipping.

How ordering oversized goods works:

• In the shopping cart, the option "Custom shipping quote required" will appear for these products.

• After submitting your order, we will immediately request the most favorable shipping price from our contract carriers, taking into account the size, weight, and destination (distance).

• Price Approval: We will send the shipping price to you via e-mail for your approval. In this case, the purchase contract is considered concluded only at the moment you confirm your agreement with the proposed shipping price.

• If the shipping price does not suit you, you have the right to cancel the order without any penalties.

 

3. PERSONAL PICK-UP

You can pick up your goods free of charge by prior arrangement at our warehouse/showroom:

• Price: Free of charge

 

4. PAYMENT TERMS

• Online Payment Gateway ComGate: Fast payment by card or bank transfer.

• Bank Transfer: Classic transfer to our account (goods are dispatched after the payment is credited).

• Cash/Card: Upon personal pick-up.
