Belotrofix Trophy boiling and degreasing agent. Belotrofix is intended for trophy treatment and preparation for subsequent bleaching with the hydrogen peroxide. The agent contains substances that decompose tissues and perfectly degrease the bone by the heat. Thus, the skull doesn’t yellow with age from imperfectly degreased bones. Read the instructions before use. Breaching the conditions can lead to permanent damage of the trophy. There are two ways of procedure: with parboiling in water only without parboiling (leave out point 4) Strip the trophy off the skin and cut off the musculature coarsely ( the best way is if the trophy is fresh). Remove the brain, rinse the cranial cavity and soak the trophy in cold water for one day. It is possible to add an adequate quantity of common salt (if you have a trophy with antlers, soak only the skull) Antlers have to be protected. (Wrap them in celulose or a piece of cloth). It is most important to protect the lower parts of the antlers. Put the trophy into water and boil it (it is not necessary to boil it till total abscission of tissue). Afterwards, cut off the musculature coarsely again, rinse the trophy with cold water and leave it to dry off. Boiling in the solution of degreasing agent: the concentration: 30 – 40 g per one litre of water the working temperature: 80 – 90 degree Centigrade. THE WATER MUSTN’T BOIL! the time of submersion depends on the amount of the tissue and age of the animal Watch the trophy, it mustn't be overboiled. Once the tissue starts to clump, take the trophy out and clear away the tissue with a brush. If it goes well, most of the work is done, if not dip the trophy into the solution again for some time and then repeat the procedure. Let the trophy dry perfectly. Bleach the trophy with 10% hydrogen peroxide (submersing or rubbing it - depends on the size) Let the bleached trophy dry and treat it with a trophy spray. Safety regulations: inorganic degreasing agent it is not a poison or a corrosive, avoid contact with eyes or food it can cause irritation of skin, you should use regenerative cream chemical qualities: R36: irritates eyes, R38 irritates skin, S2: keep away from children, S22: don´t breathe in the dust, S26: in case of contact with eyes, seek a medical help The solution can be disposed of into the common sewerage.
